Senior Marketing Automation and Insights Manager

About the role

The role builds data, AI and automation systems that support segmentation, targeting and go to market efficiency for marketing. It also guides partners and mentors colleagues.

What you will do

• Design scalable data models for go to market activation and spot downstream effects
• Advise marketing teams on targeting strategy driven by data
• Build and maintain servers that expose marketing knowledge and brand assets
• Create AI solutions and weave them into everyday marketing operations
• Design automation architectures, governance and data quality frameworks
• Shape innovation roadmaps and adoption plans with stakeholders

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience
• Five to seven years in marketing automation, analytics or a similar area
• Python skills including production code, testing and working with APIs
• Hands on LLM work such as prompt engineering, tool calling and retrieval augmented generation
• Knowledge of marketing automation and analytics plus project management practices
• Experience mentoring or coaching teammates and strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms and low code automation tools
• Experience with data governance and quality frameworks
• Deploying services on a cloud platform with Git based workflows and CI/CD
• Building custom GPTs or predictive models and using agentic development frameworks
