What you will do
- Gather needed information from clients to prepare annual reporting
- Check client-submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Run 401(k) testing and reporting in administration software
- Prepare government filings such as IRS Form 5500 and explain plan documents to clients
What they look for
- One to five years of back-office financial operations experience in benefits administration, money movement or similar areas
- Ability to share knowledge and explain complex topics simply
- Willingness to train on retirement plan administrator concepts
- Residence in one of the listed US states for remote work
