Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

A sales role owning a territory end to end, from prospecting to closing new clients, for a platform that gives employees unlimited professional coaching.

What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting through negotiation to signed contracts
• Find, meet and close new clients within your assigned territory
• Build repeatable sales systems and processes that support lasting revenue growth
• Meet and exceed key performance targets

What they look for

• At least three years as an Account Executive selling to HR, People, Talent or Learning and Development buyers
• A record of complex B2B deals involving many different stakeholders
• Prior sales experience in the US, Canadian or UK markets
• A methodical, rigorous approach with a sense of urgency
• Fluent, highly articulate English in speech and writing
