About the role

A recruiting role with added business operations duties at a small company serving federal programs. Recruiting is the main focus, with room to help on proposals, government business development and daily operations.

What you will do

Handle recruiting end to end, from sourcing and outreach through screening, interviews, offers and onboarding handoff
Build candidate pipelines for technical, cybersecurity and other federal program roles
Support government business development and proposal coordination
Contribute to day-to-day business operations as needs change

What they look for

Three or more years of recruiting experience
Clear communication and flexibility to work across several areas
Comfort using AI tools and a curious approach
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background and suitability checks

Nice to have

Experience in business operations
Experience supporting government contract proposals
