Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

A new business sales role owning a territory end to end, from prospecting through negotiation to closing, at a growing coaching platform sold to employers.

What you will do

• Find, meet, negotiate with and close new clients in your territory
• Build end to end sales systems and processes that support lasting revenue growth
• Meet and exceed key performance targets

What they look for

• At least three years as an Account Executive selling to HR, People, Talent or Learning and Development buyers
• Proven record of hitting and surpassing KPIs
• Experience with complex B2B sales involving many stakeholders
• Prior sales into US, Canadian or UK markets
• Methodical, rigorous approach with a sense of urgency
• Fluent, articulate English in speech and writing
