Accounting Specialist

About the role

Supports the finance and operations team with receivables, payables, commission calculations and reconciliations, reporting to the Operations Manager.

What you will do

• Issue customer invoices, track balances and follow up on overdue payments while reconciling account discrepancies
• Process vendor invoices on time, keep vendor records accurate and settle billing discrepancies
• Calculate and process sales commissions from compensation plans, checking figures against sales data
• Carry out daily and monthly reconciliations and assist with month-end closing
• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks or similar systems and produce internal financial and operational reports

What they look for

• At least two years of professional accounting, receivables, payables or similar experience
• Hands-on professional Salesforce use for sales data, reports and commission or finance processes
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Solid analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
