Field Marketing Manager

About the role

A field based marketing role that brings national energy drink campaigns to life through local events and community engagement. The manager leads a team of part time ambassadors and works closely with sales.

What you will do

• Carry out full marketing plans that align with national and regional goals
• Cultivate ties with local event organizers and community partners
• Find and run local sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Lead consumer sampling programs and assess results to improve them
• Recruit, train and manage part time brand ambassadors
• Work with sales and distributors to boost retail visibility and in store conversion

What they look for

• Five or more years in grassroots and brand marketing, ideally in CPG, food or beverage
• Three or more years managing teams or leading in the field
• Ability to lead teams and juggle priorities across functions under tight deadlines
• Self starting, organized and a strong problem solver
• Clear communicator with solid interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree

Pay

USD 60,000 to 85,000 per year
