What you will do
- Own the weekly payment run, preparing checks and acting as back-up authoriser so suppliers and partners are paid correctly and on time
- Handle day-to-day banking, including account manager relationships, user access, approval limits and related admin
- Run staff expenses and reimbursements end to end, covering company card costs and remote staff claims
- Manage contractor and partner invoices, verifying billing details and terms and chasing missing information
- Coordinate foreign exchange and international transfers so major payments clear without delay
- Keep bank statements, supplier records and finance documentation organised, flagging gaps and helping improve workflows and controls
