What you will do

• Lead the payments product area from discovery through delivery and performance measurement
• Manage, structure and prioritize the product backlog with engineering, QA and design
• Run discovery and stakeholder management, balancing customer needs, strategy and delivery
• Track market, compliance, security and regulatory changes and turn them into product requirements
• Define and analyze metrics for success, payment quality and acceptance

What they look for

• Several years in product management or product ownership in SaaS
• Practical knowledge of the payments or fintech sector
• Ability to grasp complex business, technical and regulatory requirements and turn them into clear decisions
• Experience with backlog management, prioritization and discovery alongside engineering teams
• Clear, proactive communication in spoken and written English
• Ability to keep priorities clear and work reliably under pressure

Nice to have

• Experience integrating payment terminals
• Good command of German
