Finance & Strategy Analyst

About the role

A product finance team needs an analyst to own forecasting and analysis for several revenue lines, giving leadership a clear view of performance drivers, risks and opportunities.

What you will do

• Own revenue forecasting and monthly variance analysis for consumer trading, reconciling actuals to plan
• Handle full financial deliverables for developer and stablecoin products, from revenue forecasts to operating expense tracking
• Build and maintain driver-based models covering revenue and expense lines across the product areas
• Proactively dig into financial and operational data to find trends, anomalies and opportunities
• Run month-end close for assigned areas, analyse variances in detail and work with accounting on data integrity
• Present analysis at business reviews, turning complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders

What they look for

• Two to four years in FP&A, strategic finance or a comparable analytical position
• Able to build driver-based revenue and expense models without supervision
• Experience working with non-finance partners in product, engineering or operations to test assumptions and share findings
• A record of spotting financial trends or risks on your own and raising them to leadership
• Careful, accurate work in close processes, variance analysis or reconciliations
