Manage and model data to inform decisions on operations, planning and performance within a Medicare risk adjustment finance team, including bid, budget and Stars reporting.
What you will do
- Develop reports for bids and budgets
- Assess changes in Medicare regulations
- Support Stars financial reporting
- Build, update and improve financial models
- Extract and summarize data from multiple databases
- Translate complex data into concise insights for management
What they look for
- Bachelor's degree
- Three or more years of technical experience
- Programming skills in SQL and Python
- Experience compiling, modeling and interpreting data to explain variances and trends
- Ability to manage data that supports operational and strategic decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with Power BI and Databricks
- Financial or actuarial background
- Medicare Advantage or Stars experience
