  • Act on early fraud warning alerts quickly so disputes do not grow
  • Handle chargebacks end to end, including paperwork and representment
  • Write case notes complete enough to support a suspicious activity report
  • Spot links between cases such as shared IPs or fraud rings and raise them
  • Work with support, legal and credit teams on severe or coordinated fraud
