An operational and client development support role within a global clients and markets function. The position helps sector leaders and account teams advance growth initiatives and client relationships.
What you will do
- Coordinate activities for strategic client accounts and client development programs
- Track business development opportunities, engagement activities and pipeline progress
- Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations and leadership updates
- Coordinate meetings, working groups and stakeholder communications
- Maintain client and opportunity data in firm systems and support reporting accuracy
What they look for
- At least five years in a law firm supporting client development, business development or key account programs
- Strong organizational, project management and coordination skills
- Excellent communication, follow-through and attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and a client-centric mindset
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with CRM, pipeline management and reporting tools
