Senior Project Controls Engineer

About the role

A client-facing role using project controls and schedule expertise to help major construction clients get the most value from a machine learning forecasting product, with remote work and regular site visits.

What you will do

• Coach key clients on getting maximum value from the product
• Build and grow strong relationships within client organisations and understand their needs
• Configure the product so clients gain the most benefit
• Manage strategic projects that embed products within client organisations
• Mentor clients on advanced features such as LLM-based tools
• Work with the commercial team on engagement, retention and expansion

What they look for

• Around three or more years in planning, risk, PMO or project management on major construction projects
• Client-facing transformation experience involving multiple stakeholders and new ways of working
• Good grasp of large construction schedules in P6, how they are built and analysed
• Record of delivering strategic projects that improved an important organisational outcome
• Passion for bringing technology into the construction industry
• Strong attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience at a software company or implementing software in construction
• Experience with LLM applications
