Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

A hands-on growth marketing role at a company expanding its threat intelligence platform. The person will run funnel experiments across web, paid and lifecycle channels and prove impact through conversion, acquisition cost and pipeline.

What you will do

• Build, prioritise and run a roadmap of growth experiments across the funnel and share what is learned
• Create lifecycle and nurture programmes that move free, trial and existing users toward purchase and expansion
• Optimise landing pages, forms, calls to action and journeys through A/B and multivariate testing
• Manage paid search, paid social and retargeting to reduce cost per opportunity
• Own funnel analytics and dashboards with revenue operations, improve attribution and turn data into recommendations
• Work with product marketing, product and sales on positioning tests, in-app loops and lead quality

What they look for

• Four to seven years in B2B growth, performance or demand generation marketing, ideally SaaS or cybersecurity
• Hands-on paid search and paid social experience, including budgets and bid optimisation
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on Marketo experience and fluency with Salesforce
