Recruiting Team Lead

About the role

Lead a remote team of recruiters serving skilled trades clients, coaching performance and owning recruiting outcomes across multiple accounts while staying close to the work.

What you will do

• Lead, coach and develop a remote team of full-cycle recruiters across skilled trades clients
• Partner with client success to turn strategies into priorities, sourcing plans and measurable actions
• Track pipeline visibility using activity, quality, conversion and hiring outcome data
• Diagnose funnel problems early and guide the team through corrective action
• Coach recruiters with metrics and feedback until performance improves
• Protect candidate quality by ensuring sound evaluation of experience and communication
