Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

A hands-on growth role focused on running funnel experiments across web, paid and lifecycle channels to grow qualified pipeline. The person will own measurable conversion and acquisition outcomes and work with several go-to-market teams.

What you will do

• Build and prioritise a roadmap of funnel experiments from first visit to qualified opportunity
• Optimise landing pages, forms and calls to action through A/B and multivariate testing
• Run paid search, paid social and retargeting to reduce cost per opportunity
• Create lifecycle and nurture programmes that move free, trial and existing users to purchase
• Own funnel analytics and dashboards, improve attribution and turn data into recommendations
• Collaborate with product marketing, product, sales and revenue operations on growth work

What they look for

• Four to seven years in B2B growth, performance or demand generation marketing, ideally SaaS or cybersecurity
• Proven experiments that improved conversion, acquisition cost or pipeline
• Hands-on paid search and paid social experience including budgets and bid optimisation
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Hands-on Marketo experience with programmes, lead scoring, nurture flows and reporting, plus Salesforce fluency
