Talent Acquisition Specialist, EMEA

About the role

Own full-cycle recruitment across EMEA for technical and business roles, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a strong candidate experience and data-driven hiring.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end hiring for engineering, product, sales, operations and marketing roles across EMEA
• Help design and run smooth pre-boarding and onboarding so new hires become engaged quickly
• Find passive candidates using creative sourcing, AI search tools and direct outreach
• Deliver a fast, transparent interview process that keeps candidates positive about the company
• Advise hiring managers on salary benchmarks, market trends and talent pipelines
• Use data to track conversion metrics, cut time-to-hire and improve hiring practices

What they look for

• At least three years recruiting both technical and business roles within EMEA
• Strong organisation and prioritisation, able to juggle many urgent requisitions at once
• Comfort using AI recruitment tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to boost productivity
• Strong stakeholder management and a record of coaching hiring managers to quick decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to build rapport across remote teams
