- Act as daily contact for assigned credit union partners, handling product questions and escalations
- Run regular check ins and executive reviews to spot adoption gaps and align on goals
- Grow product usage and referral volume within your accounts
- Train credit union staff and branch teams and build repeatable enablement materials
- Track referral activity and engagement data to guide priorities and share insights internally
