What you will do

• Own long-term demand forecasts for assigned departments, turning volume, contact drivers, handle time and shrinkage into workload and headco
• Build and maintain rolling capacity plans by site, vendor and skill, balancing hiring, attrition, training pipelines and occupancy targets
• Drive the annual budgeting cycle with Finance, aligning workforce cost projections with budgets and explaining budget-versus-actual variance
• Refine forecasting methods, strengthen assumption governance, document standards and mentor planning analysts across the team

What they look for

• Proven record building long-term forecasts and capacity plans covering headcount, hiring, attrition, shrinkage or occupancy, beyond schedule
• Strong financial skills, including supporting budgeting cycles and producing variance or attribution analysis
• Advanced Excel skills such as modelling or Power Query, and comfort with large operational datasets
• Excellent communication, able to present plans and trade-offs to operations leaders and executives

Nice to have

• Pharmacy workforce planning experience, especially clinical services where licensure, ratios and regulation shape capacity
• Bachelor's degree
• Familiarity with WFM platforms such as Verint, NICE IEX, Genesys or Calabrio, BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, SQL, Python or R, or Erlang
