Head of Ambassador and Partner Growth

About the role

Lead the global partner-driven acquisition ecosystem, covering ambassador, referral, affiliate and growth partnership programs, and turn them into a scalable and profitable growth engine.

What you will do

• Set the global strategy, budgets and roadmaps for ambassador, referral, affiliate and partnership channels
• Grow these channels into predictable and profitable sources of new users
• Recruit and manage ambassadors, affiliates, creators and community leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and revenue-sharing deals with partners
• Track channel KPIs such as new users, revenue, acquisition cost, lifetime value and retention
• Build and lead the team running these growth channels

• Strong commercial judgement combined with performance marketing know-how
• Experience developing partnerships and running partner programs
• Hands-on execution ability alongside strategic leadership
• Skill in building scalable processes for international expansion
• Understanding of acquisition funnels and channel profitability
