About the role

Lead the whole marketing strategy and operation for the Brazilian market, covering acquisition, brand, retention and partnerships. The role carries full ownership of every marketing channel and reports to senior management.

What you will do

Set and run the overall marketing strategy for Brazil in line with commercial goals
Own all channels, including performance, brand, sponsorships, affiliates, CRM and offline
Drive player acquisition, engagement, retention and reactivation with a balance of growth and profit
Lead brand positioning and negotiate major sponsorship deals
Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs such as CPA, CAC, LTV and ROI
Build and develop marketing teams and work with commercial, product, finance and compliance

What they look for

Deep senior marketing leadership experience in B2C iGaming, ideally casino or sportsbook
Proven work in the Brazilian B2C iGaming market
Track record leading both performance and brand building functions
Experience running large multichannel campaigns
Skill in negotiating and managing major sponsorship agreements
