What you will do

  • Find process gaps, unclear roles and inefficiencies together with HR teams
  • Scope and run problem solving workshops to get at root causes
  • Design new processes that are more standard, efficient and cost-effective
  • Track and calculate the value that process changes deliver
  • Help write Lean training material and teach it

What they look for

  • Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, logistics or a technical field
  • At least 2 years in business-facing HR, an HR centre of excellence or HR operations
  • Lean background through study, certification or hands-on use
  • Comfortable running virtual workshops in Miro, Mural or similar
  • Willing to travel up to 20%

Nice to have

  • Project management skills or Kaizen event experience from start to finish
  • Experience building and delivering training
