Talent Acquisition Operations Manager, Americas

About the role

Leads a regional operations team supporting the recruiting function across the Americas. Turns global recruiting operations strategy into effective regional delivery and better hiring experiences.

What you will do

• Direct a regional group of operations specialists, seniors and coordinators toward timely, high-quality results
• Drive regional uptake of recruiting processes, enterprise standards, tools and systems
• Track regional metrics, workload, capacity, service levels and data quality to spot trends and risks
• Use analytics to strengthen accountability and lift operational performance
• Work with recruiting teams and stakeholders to improve the experience of candidates, recruiters and hiring leaders
• Oversee policy, privacy and local compliance, including audits, controls and reviews

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or comparable knowledge and experience
• At least twelve years in talent acquisition, with ten or more in recruiting operations
• Five or more years leading people and high-performing teams
• Experience guiding remote, cross-functional and diverse teams or initiatives
• Strong analytics skills and advanced Microsoft Office, including Excel
