  • Configure most product features without help and extend the primary data model where needed
  • Write process documentation and train client users or coordinate their training
  • Troubleshoot with deliberate config changes and smoke testing, and run quality checks on features
  • Use Salesforce automation, security and data integrity tools, and apply AI tools to cut routine work
