IT System Administrator

About the role

You will keep the IT environment behind a SaaS platform, its staff and its clients running and improving. The work spans servers, identity, security, business applications and automation.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain servers, virtualization, backups and core services, both on premises and in the cloud
• Handle user accounts, access rights, client devices and collaboration tools, and connect new apps through SSO
• Patch, harden and monitor systems, and respond to vulnerabilities and incidents
• Own the business tools teams depend on, from Atlassian products to finance software
• Automate manual tasks with scripts and lead projects such as office rollouts and integrations of acquired firms

What they look for

• Several years working as a system administrator in a mixed environment
• Confidence with Windows Server and Microsoft 365, plus Linux command line and networking basics
• Ability to automate recurring tasks, ideally using PowerShell or Bash
• Fast learner who finds root causes and works independently
• Open communicator who enjoys collaborating with others
