Technical Support Consultant

About the role

Serve as the technical lead for enterprise clients deploying a data security platform, resolving complex connectivity and access problems from a home office.

What you will do

• Lead client onboarding, data scanning and environment discovery troubleshooting
• Diagnose connectivity problems and resolve discovery errors with client IT teams
• Audit logs and system behavior to isolate bugs, misconfigurations and access limits
• Explain technical findings clearly to client administrators and internal engineers
• Help IT teams set up secure network paths and permissions for deployment
• Escalate unresolved product issues and track recurring problems across accounts

What they look for

• Excellent English at C1 level or above, spoken and written
• At least two years in technical support, application support or technical account management for B2B software
• Understanding of data storage and access across M365, Google Workspace, AWS and Azure
• Knowledge of SaaS and IaaS architecture, network topologies and enterprise access controls
• Skill with centralized logging platforms to trace data flows and permission failures
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a customer focused attitude

Nice to have

• Experience with LDAP and Active Directory, including PowerShell and ADUC
• Troubleshooting security settings and API integrations in M365, Google Drive, Box and Azure
