Solutions Consultant, Customer and Partner Success

About the role

A consultant who helps existing customers and new partners get more value from a financial planning platform. The role covers demonstrations, onboarding and expansion support.

What you will do

• Present the product and its value proposition to customers in one-to-one and group sessions
• Clarify business requirements and tailor demo content to each customer
• Meet prospective partners and demonstrate how the product serves their clients
• Support expansion and retention strategy together with the customer success team
• Guide newly signed partners through onboarding, demo training and product enablement
• Help position the product against competitors in sales presentations

What they look for

• Three or more years in technical sales of FP&A or CPM software, implementation, or FP&A work
• Business acumen around budgeting, forecasting, financial close and reporting
• Advanced spreadsheet skills including complex formulas and formatting
• Comfort presenting to and speaking with C-level executives
• Ability to explain technical material to audiences with varied knowledge
• Strong presentation and communication skills, self-driven and persistent
