Key Account Manager

About the role

An individual contributor sales role focused on launching a new kidney transplant product in a new territory, building the first sales foundation and hitting launch revenue targets.

What you will do

• Create strategic account plans that identify opportunities and stakeholders and grow use of the product in suitable patients
• Cultivate lasting professional ties with prescribers, hospital and transplant staff and others along the care pathway
• Work through complicated hospital, academic and transplant settings to reach decision makers
• Answer customer questions within the product indication and sales training, routing inquiries to the right partners
• Track account decisions affecting access and plan for formulary placement and electronic medical record inclusion
• Coordinate with market access, medical, operations, marketing and trade colleagues on territory and national issues
