Key Account Manager (German-speaking)

About the role

Own and grow an existing book of small and medium business clients in the DACH region. The focus is deepening relationships, retention and unlocking more value from current accounts.

What you will do

• Grow your SME book through upselling, cross selling and renewals
• Build and nurture long term relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Align product features to deliver the best value to clients
• Track, forecast and report on your pipeline in the company CRM
• Present, negotiate and structure complex pricing for your accounts
• Share customer feedback and work with other teams to improve the user experience

What they look for

• At least two years in sales or account management, ideally in fintech or financial services
• Excellent written and verbal English and German
• An analytical approach and strong organisational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Aircall

Nice to have

• Additional languages beyond English and German
• Knowledge of KYB, AML and risk mitigation
• Understanding of the specifics of your target market
• Proficiency with AI tools
