Key Account Manager

About the role

An individual contributor sales role focused on launching a new kidney transplant therapy in a defined US territory and hitting launch revenue goals. The person builds the first sales foundation for the product while working with colleagues across functions.

What you will do

• Create account plans that spot key opportunities and stakeholders and lift product use in suitable patients.
• Cultivate lasting professional ties with prescribers, hospital staff and transplant teams.
• Work through complicated hospital, academic and transplant settings to reach decision makers.
• Answer customer questions within the approved indication and sales training approach, routing other inquiries correctly.
• Track account decisions affecting access and plan for formulary listing and electronic medical record inclusion.
• Coordinate with market access, medical, operations, marketing and trade colleagues on territory and national matters.
