Regional Sales Manager

About the role

A sales leadership role covering a defined territory, combining planning, team guidance and direct selling. The aim is to grow regional revenue by winning new accounts and expanding existing ones.

What you will do

• Grow the reach of product lines by managing relationships with broker partners
• Coach and track broker representatives so their selling stays consistent
• Build regional sales plans and help prepare proposals, presentations and calls
• Train brokers on new and current products for their sales pitches
• Attend meetings and work in market to push company initiatives in stores
• Meet customers directly to maintain and increase sales
