UGC and Influencer Manager

About the role

You will own the creator programme, from finding and briefing creators to keeping a steady supply of usable content for paid and organic channels.

What you will do

• Find and screen user-generated content creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
• Handle outreach, rate discussions, contracts and clear creative briefs
• Run the pipeline end to end, including product shipping and chasing late deliverables
• Check content quality and pass approved assets to the creative team
• Monitor creator results and build lasting ties with reliable performers

What they look for

• At least two years managing creators or influencers for direct-to-consumer ecommerce
• Track record of high-volume outreach that converts
• Sound judgement about which creators will deliver usable content
• Highly organised, able to track many creators and deliverables at once
• Strong writing for outreach and briefs

Nice to have

• Experience with affiliate or commission-based creator deals
• Understanding of what makes UGC work as a paid ad rather than organic content
