What you will do
- Lead scoping by collecting requirements, mapping client workflows and goals, and running gap analysis
- Define recommended solutions with architects and developers, estimate effort, and document the approach
- Draft functional specifications and requirements, keep them current, and manage internal tickets
- Act as internal subject matter expert and support QA and user acceptance testing
