Own the architecture vision and roadmap for the customer experience domain, guiding a major CRM transformation and exploring agentic AI to improve engagement and processes.
What you will do
- Set the architecture strategy and roadmap for CRM, engagement systems and related web applications
- Guide the move from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365 where it makes sense
- Design end to end solutions across business, application, data and technology layers
- Define governance, standards and practices so solutions stay scalable and secure
- Translate customer and employee journeys into platform requirements with business and IT partners
- Identify where automation and agentic AI can add value in the CRM landscape
What they look for
- Proven background as a domain, solution or enterprise architect or senior technical lead in CRM
- Hands on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Understanding of agentic AI and how agent based capabilities support engagement
- Experience with CRM architectures, integrations and transformation programmes
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Ability to align stakeholders across business and technology
