What you will do

• Take full ownership of building and running your own startup, including B2B ventures
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy management
• Use the network to recruit talent and get guidance from seasoned founders
• Work through intensive coaching to prepare the business for raising capital
• Refine the product until it fits the market and set up sales or marketing capacity

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take complete responsibility for your venture and grow it past 100M in revenue
• Strong English communication skills
