  • Apply NESC, ASCE, ACI and NEC standards to overhead line design and maintenance work
  • Review PLS-CADD modeling, structure loading, framing and hardware packages, and sign off on deliverables
  • Write proposals and responses to client requests, defining scope and cost
  • Coach engineers, approve timesheets and run annual performance reviews
