Manager, AML/KYC Managed Services, Financial Crime Compliance

About the role

Lead a managed services team handling anti money laundering and know your customer work for clients. The role combines people leadership, client delivery and operational oversight in a fast paced setting.

What you will do

• Direct the daily delivery of AML and KYC services for a team of more than 25 analysts
• Coach analysts and senior analysts and build a pipeline of future senior staff
• Track performance, workload, quality reviews and operational efficiency
• Act as the main delivery contact for key clients, sharing results and recommendations
• Monitor client KPIs and KRIs and keep work aligned with statements of work and regulations
• Drive process improvements and translate data insights into advice for clients and leaders
