About the role

Lead the design, administration and improvement of sales compensation programs, including commission payroll, controls and systems. The role also manages the analysts who run these processes day to day.

What you will do

Own monthly, quarterly and annual commission payroll and reconciliation
Administer the incentive management system, including plans and participant setup
Lead the team handling plan administration and commission disputes
Partner with sales leadership to design and refine compensation plans
Own the SOX and business controls program and support audits
Drive process improvement and automation, including AI-native tools and dashboards

Deep experience in sales compensation operations
Hands-on knowledge of enterprise incentive management systems such as SAP Callidus Commissions
Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls
Ability to lead, coach and develop analysts
Analytics skills for dashboards, forecasting and anomaly detection
