Manager, Partner Development (Health Plan and Employer)

About the role

Grow adoption of healthcare partnership programs among employers and health plans, and keep existing partnerships engaged and expanding. The role combines new business wins with ongoing account growth.

What you will do

• Run a consultative sales cycle with employer benefits and HR decision makers from first talk to signed deal
• Build and prioritize a pipeline of new employer prospects within health plan programs
• Lead meetings and calls independently with external partners and employer stakeholders
• Negotiate commercial terms and drive deals to close
• Diagnose gaps in the sales and account process and push fixes that raise signed and activated employers
• Manage existing healthcare partnerships, track performance and pursue upsell and expansion
