Manager, Service & Operations Training

About the role

This role builds and scales an enterprise learning function for a client service organisation. It sets training strategy, team structure, governance and measurement so onboarding and ongoing development stay consistent across divisions.

What you will do

• Define the training team's structure, service model, priorities, roles and standards
• Design the learning framework covering formats, delivery methods, technology and success measures
• Build a continuous learning model from onboarding through career development and reinforcement
• Own the training budget, resource plan and vendor and technology strategy
• Establish curriculum architecture, role based paths, competency frameworks and assessment standards
