Manager, Strategy and Operations, Finance Transformation

About the role

Lead finance transformation engagements for private equity portfolio companies and high-growth businesses, covering both post-acquisition integration and sell-side preparation.

What you will do

• Run several transformation engagements at once, overseeing accounting, FP&A and technology workstreams, sometimes as interim finance leaders
• Close gaps in financial information by putting sound accounting processes, policies and procedures in place
• Learn each client's business, spot key performance drivers and trends, and recommend solutions to complex problems
• Grow client relationships, manage engagement economics and resources, and pursue new business
• Coach and develop team members and foster a collaborative working environment

What they look for

• Experience leading finance transformation workstreams across accounting, FP&A or technology
• Ability to deliver high quality client service that meets or exceeds expectations
• Skill in diagnosing financial information gaps and implementing robust processes
• Commercial drive to own client relationships and oversee engagement economics
• Strong communication skills for building trust with teams, clients and stakeholders
