Demand Generation Manager, B2B Pipeline

About the role

Own multi-channel demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and revenue. The role bridges marketing and sales, covering campaigns, nurturing, paid acquisition and pipeline performance.

What you will do

• Plan and run demand generation campaigns across several channels
• Cover email, content, webinars, paid acquisition and account-based marketing
• Create lead nurture and lifecycle programs together with sales targeting
• Set up lead scoring and qualification frameworks
• Measure funnel conversion, campaign return and pipeline contribution
• Refine automation and CRM workflows and report insights to leadership

What they look for

• At least four years in B2B marketing or demand generation
• Track record of producing measurable sales pipeline
• Solid grasp of B2B sales and marketing funnels
• Hands-on use of HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo or comparable tools
• Knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring and qualification
• Strong analysis, campaign management and English communication
