Global Division Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Lead financial results analysis, annual and long-term planning and forecasting for a global division. Act as the senior FP&A partner to executives and drive digital and AI-enabled finance processes.

What you will do

• Lead analysis of financial results and coordinate management reporting at weekly to annual cadence
• Oversee planning, annual performance plan and forecasting with global business lines
• Assess the financial impact of strategic and major investment decisions
• Roll out standardized FP&A processes and tools, including AI, with data and finance operations teams
• Prepare performance reviews for the global division and improve reporting data quality
• Champion training and knowledge sharing on FP&A tools across the finance community

What they look for

• Strong financial background with curiosity about how a business works
• Experience in financial analysis, planning, forecasting and performance management
• Background from FP&A, controlling, accounting, business finance, consulting or similar
• Ideally experience in a complex B2B, industrial or structured environment
• Strong learning agility and ability to turn data into business insight
