What you will do

• Turn business needs into clear specifications together with engineering teams
• Handle daily prioritisation and trade-offs to keep delivery on track
• Run continuous discovery with supply, operations and connectivity partners
• Set success metrics and KPIs, and analyse connectivity, content and conversion data
• Work across distributed teams in Europe and Asia

What they look for

• Three or more years in product management or a comparable technical or analyst role
• Comfort with APIs, data flows and system integrations, able to hold technical discussions
• Analytical mindset, comfortable with SQL or able to pick it up quickly
• Interest in hotel supply and distribution and in the technical, supply-facing side of product

Nice to have

• Exposure to hotel distribution technology such as channel managers, GDS, OTA integrations or property management systems
• Skill in drawing insights from data
• Curiosity about hotel industry trends and comfort embedding AI into daily work
