What you will do
- Plan and run company-wide marketing and communications strategies tied to growth, hiring and brand goals
- Own brand standards, messaging, visual identity and marketing materials across every channel
- Design and run digital campaigns on websites, social platforms and email
- Produce graphics, videos, presentations, infographics and motion assets
- Handle internal and external communications such as announcements, newsletters and leadership messages
- Track campaign results and suggest ways to improve reach and effectiveness
