MedTech Co-Founder / CSO

About the role

Found and scale your own MedTech startup with backing from experienced entrepreneurs. You get a salary or funding, mentoring and access to a large network while building toward a major company.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in a field such as MedTech
• Follow a tailored development programme on goals, time and energy management
• Use the network for hiring and get advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Take intensive coaching to prepare the startup for raising funding
• Iterate the product until product-market fit and help build sales or marketing

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Ready to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it past 100 million euros in revenue
• Excellent English communication skills
