About the role

A remote role leading and optimizing paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for U.S. service businesses. The position combines media buying strategy, performance analysis and creative production to drive lead generation.

What you will do

Build, manage and scale lead generation campaigns in Meta Ads Manager with proper structure, tracking and targeting
Create hooks, copy and visuals using tools such as Canva and CapCut
Monitor and optimize ad sets, budgets, bids and audiences to meet cost-per-lead and cost-per-acquisition targets
Design and run ongoing creative tests on hooks, formats, visuals and calls to action
Track metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS and thumb-stop rate and report actionable insights

What they look for

Three to five years of hands-on experience scaling ad spend in Meta Ads Manager
A strong record running lead generation campaigns for U.S. service-based businesses
Proficiency in Canva and CapCut for ad creative
An analytical approach to interpreting metrics and fixing underperforming ad sets
