Mobile App Growth Manager

About the role

Own mobile app growth from first impression through funded trader, setting acquisition strategy and managing budget across paid and organic channels. The role sits in the channel team and reports on installs, registrations and first deposits.

What you will do

• Plan, launch and optimize app install and in-app event campaigns across search, social, video and programmatic platforms
• Manage the app user acquisition budget and reallocate spend weekly by region based on cost and return metrics
• Brief and test creative assets with the creative team and run a structured testing roadmap
• Handle app store optimization, store listing experiments and custom product pages tied to paid campaigns
• Set up mobile measurement with an MMP, attribution frameworks and privacy sandbox tools
• Work with product, CRM and BI teams to improve onboarding, KYC and first deposit flows and build cohort reporting

What they look for

• Proven experience in online retail trading, iGaming or crypto with regulated, deposit-driven funnels
• Four or more years in mobile app user acquisition owning a multi-channel paid budget
• Demonstrated app store optimization results on both major stores
• Deep knowledge of an MMP such as AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch, plus SKAdNetwork and post-ATT measurement
• Strong analytics skills including cohort analysis, LTV modelling and incrementality
