- Plan and optimize app install and in-app event campaigns across major ad platforms
- Manage the app user acquisition budget and reallocate spend weekly by region
- Run app store optimization, listing experiments and custom product pages
- Grow ratings and reviews and drive cross-channel installs with other teams
- Own mobile measurement setup, attribution and cohort reporting with analytics teams
- Improve onboarding, verification and first-deposit flows with product and CRM teams

- Hands-on knowledge of Apple Search Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok and programmatic platforms
- Four or more years in mobile app user acquisition managing a multi-channel budget
